The Simple Step-By-Step Process to Organizing Your Annual Service with MediSafe


How do I organise our annual service?



Simply request a competitive quotation for the on-site servicing and calibration of your medical equipment by completing and returning to us your pre-visit questionnaire.  You can print it off and fax it back or simply fill it in on-line and return it to us with the click of a button.  The pre-visit questionnaire informs us of your medical equipment inventory and servicing requirements, so that we can provide you with a tailor-made quotation.



Within 24 hours of receiving your completed pre-visit questionnaire, Medisafe will fax or email you with a cost-effective quotation based on your specific requirements.



Happy with the quotation and satisfied that MediSafe meets the correct standards and has adequate insurance cover, just sign the acceptance agreement at the bottom of the quotation and fax it back to us.  



When MediSafe receives confirmation that you have accepted the quotation and would like to go ahead with a service, the surgery will be put on the service schedule.  We will verify by email or by phone that we have received your agreement and will confirm that we have placed the surgery on the servicing schedule.   



MediSafe will contact you to book a mutually convenient date for your service.  Service bookings on average are carried out within 6 weeks of the acceptance of the quotation.



For your convenience on the day of your service visit, after testing has been completed, a MediSafe engineer will provide a comprehensive service report package, containing a CD with all the data of your current service.  Electronic copies will also be stored at MediSafe offices as a back-up record of your servicing details.



The surgery will be invoiced after the service has taken place.  No payments are required in advance.



For your convenience, to ensure your equipment is regularly maintained, we will place your service details on our database and automatically generate and provide an annual service reminder.
